  • What Amenities does Park Center offer?

    Park Center at Seven Oaks has an abundance of community and apartment amenities including a modern fitness center with a yoga studio, a pool area with a BBQ area, on-site management and maintenance teams, washers/dryers in each unit, keyless electronic deadbolts, and more.   • Is Park Center a pet-friendly community?

    Park Center at Seven Oaks is a pet-friendly community. Our pet policy can be found here

  • What is your parking policy for residents?

    One-bedroom apartments are allowed a maximum of 1 vehicle only to be parked in an assigned parking space. Two-bedroom apartments are allowed a maximum of 2 vehicles to be parked in 1 assigned and 1 unassigned parking space.

  • What type of internet connection does Park West provide?

    The entire complex is wired with 1 Gig Fiber optic internet which is delivered to each apartment by Mereo Networks. The monthly flat fee for this service is $35 and is paid to Park Center at Seven Oaks, in addition to the monthly rent. Proactively, a router has been installed in each apartment and no extra equipment is needed for internet access. There is no option to opt out of this service.

  • How do I schedule a tour of Park Center?

    Park Center is under construction and expected to open in September 2026. Pre-Leasing and Hard Hat Tours are tentatively planned to start Late Spring of 2026. Join our waitlist below to be notified once tours can be scheduled.

  • How do I find your available units and rental rates?

    Please visit our Availability page to view all floorplans and check on availability and rental rates.

  • What lease terms do you offer?

    We offer 6-month or 12-month initial leases only and do not offer month to month initial tenancies. All rental rates, lease terms and availablity are found on our website under the Availability Page.  Availability is reported in real time and there is no other availability to offer than what is shown on the website. 

  • How do I apply for an apartment?

    We operate on a First Qualified, First Approved basis. To apply, please complete the online rental application by navigating to the Availability page, selecting the desired floor plan and choosing "Apply Now". 


    Completed applications are considered in the order they are received. The first applicant who meets all screening criteria will receive an offer to rent. 


    Please review the Applicant Screening Policy prior to applying. 


    Move in date must be within 2 weeks of the published availability date.  


    There is a 24-48 hour time period for applications to be screened once all the required information is provided and the screening fee is paid. 

  • What is the process after my application is approved?

    Once an application has been approved, you will be charged a holding deposit equal to the security deposit and required to sign a Holding Deposit Agreement. The Holding Deposit Agreement will hold the unit for you until the agreed-upon date. Once occupancy commences, the Holding Deposit converts to the Security Deposit. The Holding Deposit is refundable only if the apartment will not be ready for occupancy by the agreed-upon date. In order to commence occupancy, you will be required to sign Landlord's Rental Agreement.

  • How do I pay for my deposit, move-in fees, and application fee?

    Application, Deposit and Move-In Fee payments must be paid by certified funds which include credit card, debit card, money order, or cashiers check. We do not accept personal checks for move-in charges. Monthly Rent payments are made through the secure Resident Portal via electronic bank transfer (ACH), debit card, or credit card. There is no fee for an electronic bank transfer (ACH). A monthly recurring Auto-Payment may be set up.

  • Which utilities are included in rent and how do I set up my utilities?

    Residents pay for electricity, water and sewer and any other desired optional utility.  Please visit the Utilities Page for more utility information.
