Park Center at Seven Oaks Welcomes First Residents This Fall
Construction is nearly complete and pre-leasing is underway as the Seven Oaks community grows
Park Center at Seven Oaks, developed by Fuller Apartment Homes, is on track to welcome its first residents this fall, marking a big milestone for the growing Seven Oaks master-planned community in southwest Bakersfield.
The community will bring more than 500 apartment homes to the neighborhood, with modern interior finishes and shared amenities designed for everyday resort-style living, including sparkling pools and grounds landscaped with palms and olive trees. Its location puts residents close to shopping, dining, and schools, with easy access to the trails and open space that connect the broader Seven Oaks area.
"Buildings are just buildings until residents move in and bring the community to life," says Andrew Fuller, owner of Fuller Apartment Homes. That moment arrives this fall, when the first Park Center residents pick up their keys and settle in.
