Pre-Leasing Is Now Open at Park Center at Seven Oaks

Pre-leasing is officially open at Park Center at Seven Oaks, the first phase of Westbridge and the final chapter of Bolthouse Properties' master-planned Seven Oaks community in southwest Bakersfield. Located near White Lane and Allen Road, the community will feature more than 500 luxury units, with the first residents expected to move in on November 1, 2026, as reported by KGET 17 News.

Apartments range from 700 to 1,100 square feet, each with a private covered patio or balcony. Park Center sits along the three-mile trail that runs through Seven Oaks, and a planned pedestrian bridge will one day carry that trail over South Allen Road and directly into Westbridge, connecting the new neighborhood to the rest of the community.

"Park Center is gonna have the biggest swimming pool, the biggest spa, the biggest clubhouse social lounge — it's really something that fits everybody's needs," said Hannah Pylman, community manager. "When we build the second phase, we're eventually going to have two swimming pools, two clubhouses. We do have monthly resident events to keep everybody engaged — it's the best networking community that's going to be here right in Bakersfield."
